Biography
Mr. Rajendra Koirala (Raz), was born and raised in Neelakantha -08, Nepal’s Dhading district, located in the central development region (Bagmati Province) of the country. He currently resides at Khusibu-17, Nayabazar in the capital city of Kathmandu with his family. Raz embarked on his career in adventure tourism at a young age, starting as an accountant at a trekking company after completing his intermediate level education.
After spending five years working for a trekking company as an accountant, Raz pursued a role as a sales and correspondence officer at another travel company upon completing his Bachelor’s degree level education. With a total of 15 years of experience in the tourism industry in Nepal, Raz established his own Trekking and Tour Company in 2015. He brings a wealth of prospective expertise and a well-established reputation to his business.
Currently, Raz is employed by Travel Nepal Now Pvt. Ltd. as a Founder / Director. He organizes trips and hikes in Nepal, Tibet, Bhutan, and Myanmar. Raz is known for his dedication, hard work, trustworthiness, and sincerity, which have been instrumental in his professional success.
Raz holds exceptional skills in dealing with both individuals and groups. He visited most of the tourism interesting places in the country. Through organizing excursions and treks in various locations, he has gained extensive experience and broad knowledge of natural features, local beliefs, traditions, and environmental challenges.
Besides his business, as a social human being he likes to engage in Social activities which offer a wide array of opportunities to learn, and grow with others who share similar interests. Engaging in social activities allows us to expand our horizons, build new relationships, positive impacts in the community, and enhance our overall well-being.
On May 2023, he made the decision to join the Kiwanis Club of Swoyambhu Nepal, a non-profit social organization. He believes that involvement with this Kiwanis club will enhance positive transformations in the lives of children, ultimately shaping a brighter future for our community.
